Content generated or enhanced by our AI features is provided to you for your use. While we assist in creating this content, you are solely responsible for reviewing and approving any content before using it in your communications.
Certain features of Sales Scribe may require payment. All fees are stated in U.S. dollars and are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these Terms.
Our service may use a token-based credit system. Tokens are consumed when you use certain AI-powered features. Token balances do not expire as long as your account remains active.
Payments are processed by third-party payment processors. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable fees.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
